The operations carried out in the four corners of the globe by Kiabi's teams, for the benefit of women affected by breast cancer and their families, maintain the same fervour year after year, thanks to the unfailing support of our customers and partners.
Kety, Douaa, Hadda, Hamza, Maxime and Arthur never imagined that they would be able to benefit from a coach and personalised advice to adapt their outfit to the expectations of recruiters and company codes. This was without counting on the mobilisation of Olivia, Faustine, Pauline, Victoire, Julie, Sylvie, Stéphanie, Valentine and Émilie. These nine Kiabers led a fashion coaching workshop on 24 March in Villeneuve d'Ascq (Nord) after being approached by Grégory, KIABI's customer services and contacts director and sponsor of an ARELI winner.
Five Kiabers have been regularly visiting the homeless of TARA Boys, one of the two children's homes of TARA Homes in New Delhi. "We are all very proud to support the mission of this NGO and contribute to the welfare, education and protection of these youngsters," says Neha, a Kiabi Life Endowment Fund Steering Committee Convenor, who was involved in the project.
Through the "Diversity Talk" action, the KIABI Italy team wanted to contribute to equal opportunities for all people, regardless of their gender, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation or physical abilities, by allowing everyone to be themselves and express their talents and personality.
Last year, 5,900 Kiabers were involved in actions with 22 partner associations.
Kiabi Life wishes to increase the number of actions in favour of easier access to education for all by building on the experiences of the Dream School project in Spain and Asia.
In May, the 10,000 Kiabers are called upon to take action to make life easier for families. A day during which everyone will have the opportunity to create a concrete action in favour of inclusion in their area.
Kiabi Life is continuing to roll out its "Petit Magasin" concept to promote the employability of people on the path to integration. Seven shops will open in France in 2022, as well as a first shop in Spain.
On Wednesday 9 March, the team from the Kiabi shop in Dieppe (Seine Maritime) handed over a cheque for 3,510 euros to the Notre-Dame-des-Flots association. The money will be used to finance the construction of an outdoor playground for its young residents.
