A COURSE TO DISCOVER THE COMPANY IN A DIFFERENT WAY

This educational project is based on the organisation of a collective training course for children of employees, secondary school pupils (REP+) and pupils with disabilities.

Nine secondary school pupils from a school in Roubaix, including one pupil in SEGPA, one UPE2A pupil and three ULIS pupils, took part in a presentation of Kiabi’s central services in Hem, where they carried out their third-year placement from 20 to 24 January 2020. This was an opportunity for these young people to discover the company, its values and its professions and to build a well thought-out career plan. “The success of these two operations is due to the mobilisation of the Kiabers who were involved in the organisation, presentation of their professions and the running of fun workshops for the benefit of the young people.

“The success of the action carried out with eleven schoolchildren in 2018-2019, encouraged us to repeat the experience”
