“Several Kiabi teams submitted projects and we were lucky enough to be one of the two teams selected for the sports and solidarity challenge”, explains Isabelle, one of the four Kiabers from the International Franchise involved in the project. Their challenge: to organise a four-day trek to Madeira and to set up a living room for the families and patients of the cancer ward of the Saint Vincent Hospital, which follows one of their colleagues.
“We benefited from the funds raised during the pink race in which we participated, which we supplemented with a Leetchi fund from our colleagues and relatives. This project really enabled me to discover the actions we carry out on the solidarity front”, confides Isabelle, who joined the animation Nord team. Other sports and solidarity challenges were to follow on from this one, but the health crisis decided otherwise.
