For a second participation, it is a success. “The Belgian KIABI teams are committed to contributing to Pink October”, confirms Stéphanie, Country Leader.
“We chose to collaborate with Think Pink, a national association, for which we have multiplied initiatives during a month”. Collecting donations at the checkout, in-store fashion coaching for women with breast cancer (the Victorians) and selling reusable bags. The amount raised, slightly up on last year, was almost 12,000 euros.
We got one of the shopping centres where we are located to join in the adventure,” says Stéphanie. This enabled Think Pink to set up an information stand in the gallery. Other retailers in the centre played along by offering gifts and coaching sessions to the ‘Victorians’. We plan to continue the partnership with Think Pink next year through a co-branded KIABI/Think Pink product.
